Paused since session 6 (14 Aug). Next real work: update the staging3 bridge plugin (2.5.1 → current, manual upload once), then the Global Styles capability report, then the 8-unit native conversion and the full re-comb.

Last session

- 2026-08-17 (session 7): AgencyViz campaign created and the last AI image removed. Campaign 7c057366-f41b-4fef-bf28-5b04fbe2f457 ("Cross & Co — Website Redesign"), 12 webpage assets pointing at staging3, all at client_review. Guest invite deliberately NOT sent — no personal email for Brodie, only the shared crossandcoearthagfab@gmail.com business inbox. All 12 URLs return 200 from off-network, so the SiteGround edge/captcha block that was flagged as blocking client review is no longer biting. Then audited every image in use (14 across all 12 pages, viewed individually, staging bytes compared against the repo and the AI backups): 13 were already real, and the only AI one was aerial-paddocks — replaced with crossco-0061, so staging3 now has zero AI imagery. The important finding is the diagnosis, not the swap: Jack reported the hero and the grader as AI, and cross-and-co.vercel.app does still serve exactly those AI files byte-for-byte because it hasn't been redeployed since 14 Aug. The identical report in session 6 was dismissed as "a stale view before the push propagated" — that was wrong, and it cost this session a re-audit.
